CORPORATE TAX RETURNS

Preparation and filing with tax authorities

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Tax Compliance and Filing Services cover the preparation and submission of tax returns for capital companies, specifically referring to the Corporate Income Tax (IRES) and, where applicable, the Regional Tax on Productive Activities (IRAP).

This is a critical statutory obligation that enables the company to accurately determine its taxable income, calculate the taxes due, and properly fulfill its fiscal duties to the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).

DGTAX provides comprehensive client support throughout every phase: from the analysis of accounting data and the verification of eligible deductions and tax benefits, to the final compilation and electronic submission of the official tax forms.

Our primary goal is to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and tax optimization. We work to ensure that every return truthfully reflects the company’s financial position and is filed strictly within the required deadlines.

We support the client in analyzing the tax results and in planning the advance payments for the subsequent year.

We offer a pre-filing tax review service, which allows us to identify any potential risks or opportunities for optimization before the final submission of the return.
