His background is international from the outset: he studied at the Universities of Coimbra and Lisbon before completing his degree in Business Administration at the University of Pavia, developing a cross-border perspective that sits at the heart of his daily practice. Fluent in Italian, English, and Portuguese, he guides foreign entrepreneurs and managers through their expansion into the Italian and broader European market, with a focus on international taxation, VAT, and corporate structures.

Over the course of his career, he has developed significant expertise in extraordinary corporate transactions — mergers, demergers, and reorganizations — carried out in the context of international group restructurings, supporting clients through the most complex phases of their business lifecycle.
