In order for us to proceed with your request to obtain an Italian VAT number (pursuant to Article 35-ter Presidential Decree 633/72), we ask you to fill out this form, paying particular attention to the attachments to be sent to us with the questionnaire, which are strictly necessary to complete the process.
Completing this form does not involve the transmission of data to the authorities, but only serves to systematise the exchange of information between DGTAX and the customer.
