Statutory Auditors

Local legislation requires certain entities to have their annual accounts and consolidated accounts audited by a qualified professional in order to protect public interest.

Statutory auditors express their opinion on a set of financial statements, by issuing a review that include, among other things, an opinion on the balance sheet and income statement that clearly indicates whether they comply with the regulations governing the preparation thereof and whether it represents a true and fair view of the financial position and results of operations of an entity.

The report gives credibility and reliability of the accounting information that will be used by others, increasing the confidence of all stakeholders interested in business and its performance.
